Cultivate your passion and resiliency in your practice

The challenges of the past year have illuminated the need to revisit our definition of self care in the practice of mental health.  In this workshop we will Identify individualized selfcare practices that can be incorporated into daily routines. I will provide an overview of neuroscience and polyvagal theory as a framework for understanding nervous system regulation.  Together we will practice  integrating mindfulness practice into your own self care and  your work with clients.
